不同疟疾防治区进行血清流行病学监测的研究

提要 :1991~1992年在云南中部和东北部两个不同防治措施的疟区,进行原虫率和发病率考核的同时,进行了IFA血清学监测,表明血清学监测能更敏感地反映疟疾传播的变动和防治的效果。

STUDIES ON SEROEPIDEMIOLOGICAL SURVEILIANCE IN DIFFERENT MALARIOUS AREAS

Abstract.The malarial parasite rate and antibody level in the inhabitants were observed in Dong’E. Yuanjiang County, with higher malaria prevalence and in Huiyi, Xuijiang County,with fewer cases. In the former, the anti-malaria measures were strengthened, and in the latter, the measures were cut down. The results showed that the antibody level was positively correlated with thc prarasite rate in the two areas. Whcn the paresite rates of two areas were the same (0.140.16%), the positive rate of IFA was 11.13% in the area to strengthen anti-malaria measures, and 28.75% in the area to cut down anti-malaria measures.It was showed that serological surveillance is more sensitive than parasite rate surveillance to reflect the malaria transmission intensity and the effect of measures for malaria control.
