云南省勐仑地区恶性疟原虫对氯喹敏感性的调查

云南省恶性疟原虫抗氯喹株地理分布调查协作组

摘要:为查清云南省内抗氯喹恶性疟原虫株的地理分布,作者等于1981510月,应用WHO推荐的体外微量测定法在西双版纳勐仑地区,对收治的来自景洪县和勐腊县的4个公社,9个大队,24个居民点的62名病例,检测了恶性疟原虫对氯喹的敏感性,同时与体内观察法作平行对照。结果表明景洪,勐腊地区恶性疟原虫对氯喹的抗性是普遍而严重的;氯喹不宜作为当地治疗恶性疟患者的常规特效药;青蒿素类或防疟片Ⅱ号与其它抗药伍用,治疗当地恶性疟抗氯喹株效果较满意。体外微量测定法,调查恶性疟对氯喹的敏感性比临床观察法(体内法)更准确、迅速、方便、安全、适用。

 

Investigation on the sensitivity of Plasmodium falciparum to choloriquine in Menlun, Yunnan Province

ABSTRACT.  Io order to find out thoroughly the geographical distribution of the presence of resistant strains of Plasmodium falciparum to chloroquine in Menglun AreaYunnan Provincea micropuantitative in vitro assayrecommended by WHOwas used to identify the sensitivity of this parasite to chloropuinefrom 62 patients under treatment.They came from 24 residential puarters of nine production brigades of four peoples communes at Jinghong and Mengla countiesMenglun areaXishuangbana.As a controlan investigation in vivo was simultaneously carried out in parallel with in vitro assay.It was found that in the areas investigateddrug resistance was so strong and common that chloroquine appeared to be unsuitable for routine therapy.Therapy with Artemisia extract or a combination of the antimalaria pill and other drugs resulted in better efficacy in treating cases with resistant strains of P.falciparum. The authors found that in vitro micro-assay for detecting resistant plasmodium as compared with the clinical method seemed to be equally accuratesafeconvenient and rapid to yield result in practical.
